The ODDO Vallon des Glauges estate spans a majestic and wild territory. It is a magical place that connects the site of Eyguières to Les Baux-de-Provence and extends from the foot of Mont Menu to the Tour des Opies.
Between modernity and authenticity, this exceptional haven draws its aromatic richness from nature to create balanced organic wines and olive oils.
Our philosophy
A sustainable commitment to the land and biodiversity
Concerned with preserving this exceptional terroir and optimizing its potential, the ODDO Vallon des Glauges estate has always adopted an environmentally respectful approach. In 2023, the estate proudly obtained certification in Organic Farming, a testament to its commitment to sustainable viticulture.
Beyond this certification, the estate implements virtuous practices to promote biodiversity and enhance soil health. We use green fertilizers, which naturally nourish the land while improving its structure, and have installed beehives to promote pollination and protect bees. Hedges have also been planted to create ecosystems conducive to local wildlife. Olive trees adorn our plots, adding a plant diversity that perfectly aligns with our commitment to environmentally friendly agriculture.
Thanks to these initiatives, the ODDO Vallon des Glauges estate combines tradition and innovation to produce exceptional wines while preserving the natural balance of the valley.
Our wines
Expressive, elegant, and generous wines
The estate is located in the former bed of the Durance River, which flowed directly into the sea, passing through the threshold of Eyguières. The place is known for its unique, wild landscape, as well as for its rare botanical varieties and protected wildlife.
This diversity of culture is conducive to the production of expressive, elegant, and generous wines, with fruity and mineral notes.

Oddo Rosé
Pale pink color. The nose is dominated by
notes of small red berries and vine peaches. The palate is round, smooth, flavorful, with a long and fresh finish.
ODDO COLLECTION
Oddo Blanc
Pale yellow color with green reflections. The nose presents aromas of apricot, almond blossoms, and hawthorn. On the palate, the wine asserts freshness, tension, and persistence.
ODDO COLLECTION
Oddo Rouge
Ruby red color. The nose is marked by notes of red fruits. An elegant wine with ripe and smooth tannins.
