Nestled in the heart of the Massif des Alpilles, Domaine ODDO Vallon des Glauges stretches across a majestic, untamed landscape. It's a magical place, linking Eyguières to Les Baux-de-Provence and stretching from the foot of Mont Menu to the Tour des Opies. Between modernity and authenticity, this exceptional haven of peace draws all its aromatic richness from nature to create balanced wines and olive oils.

Our history
A renaissance in the heart of the Alpilles
Created in the early 1990s, Domaine du Vallon des Glauges enjoyed a veritable renaissance when Pascal Oddo and his daughter Lorraine, captivated by the breathtaking beauty of the site, decided to breathe new life into this exceptional place in 2015. Passionate about wine and driven by the desire to reveal the full potential of this terroir, they embarked on an ambitious winemaking adventure.
The Oddo family replanted over 20 hectares of vines, completely reorganized the winery, modernized the offices and tasting room, and restructured the entire architecture of the estate. Building on this transformation, they are also developing wine tourism, sharing their passion and know-how with visitors from all over the world.
Domaine ODDO Vallon des Glauges is the founding project of the Oddo family and marks the beginning of a winegrowing adventure that has led to the creation of the international Oddo Vins & Domaines Group. Their philosophy is based on a simple principle: select the best terroirs and surround yourself with the most prestigious partners in world-renowned appellations.

Domaine ODDO Vallon des Glauges has been practicing integrated viticulture since the very beginning, with the aim of preserving this exceptional land and developing it as much as possible.
In 2020, the Domaine began its conversion to organic farming with a real commitment to terroir, which was completed in 2023. This organic farming ensures complete harmony between the needs of the vines and the ecosystem.
Protecting biodiversity is at the heart of the Domaine's commitments. From tilling the soil to to vinification, we make our own green manures and practice agroforestry. Sheep graze to encourage the development the development of micro-organisms necessary for the vine's growth. Meticulous pruning and harvesting at the coolest times of the day enable us to control the quality of our grapes.
Between vineyards, olive groves and garrigue, we welcome beehives, favouring pollination.. The Domaine produces olive oil and rosemary honey.
Our commitment
Organic farming

In the heart of a rare botanical flora and protected fauna, the Domaine is located in a valley that naturally preserves the vineyard while providing important natural ventilation. The unique terroir of the Domaine du Vallon des Glauges, which we wanted to keep intact, is home to a variety of crops that are ideal for producing wines and olive oils with character. The recent installation of beehives also enables us to produce high-quality local honey close to the Domaine.
Surrounded by a mineral nature, combined with a Mediterranean climate, the vineyard, located on the ancient bed of the Durance river, benefits from an exceptional terroir.
Close to the Tour des Opies, the highest point in the Alpilles, the rocky slopes produce highly aromatic berries while retaining a high mineral content, allowing for long-lasting wines.
They border the IGP Alpilles and AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellations. The Domaine also produces PDO Vallée des Baux-de-Provence olive oil .

BREEDING & VINIFICATION
A mastered art

With respect for tradition and a sense of aesthetic and technical innovation, Domaine ODDO Vallon des Glauges has modernized its cellar and winery to use more efficient winemaking methods.

This optimization of winemaking methods accompanies and reveals in the most faithful way the expression of the grape varieties and the unique terroir of Domaine Vallon des Glauges.
