The Domaine ODDO Vallon des Glauges stretches across a majestic, untamed territory. This magical site links Eyguières to Les Baux-de-Provence, stretching from the foot of Mont Menu to the Tour des Opies.
Between modernity and authenticity, this exceptional haven of peace draws all its aromatic richness from nature to create balanced organic wines and olive oils.
Our philosophy
A lasting commitment to the earth and biodiversity
Concerned with preserving this exceptional terroir and optimizing its potential, Domaine ODDO Vallon des Glauges has always adopted an environmentally-friendly approach. In 2023, the estate proudly obtained Organic Agriculture certification, testifying to its commitment to sustainable viticulture.
In addition to this certification, the estate also implements virtuous practices to promote biodiversity and strengthen soil health. We use green manures, which naturally nourish the soil while improving its structure, and have installed beehives to encourage pollination and protect bees. Hedges have also been planted to create ecosystems conducive to local wildlife. Olive trees adorn our plots, adding a plant diversity that fits perfectly with our commitment to environmentally-friendly agriculture.
Thanks to these initiatives, Domaine ODDO Vallon des Glauges combines tradition and innovation to produce exceptional wines while preserving the valley's natural balance.
Our wines
Expressive, elegant and generous wines
The Domaine is located in the former bed of the Durance, which flowed directly into the sea via the Eyguières threshold. The area is renowned for its unique, wild landscape , rare botanical varieties and protected fauna.
This diversity of cultivation is conducive to the production of expressive, elegant and generous wines, with fruity and mineral notes.

Oddo Rosé
Pale pink color. The nose is dominated by
notes of small red berries and vine peaches. The mouth is round, smooth, tasty and a long and fresh finish.
ODDO COLLECTION
Oddo White
Straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose presents aromas of apricot, almond flowers and white hawthorn. In the mouth, the wine asserts freshness, tension and persistence.

Oddo Red
Ruby red color. The nose is marked by notes of red fruits. Elegant wine with ripe and melted tannins.
