We are entering the period of theleafing, as the leaves emerge, unfold, spread out, and welcome the first cluster-shaped flowers.
In the coming days, we will observe the stage of fruit set: the grape berries will form in the fertilized flowers. Our winemakers will then be able to make a first estimate of the 2023 harvest.
