The 2024 vintage, certified organic, stands out for the perfect ripening of the fruit. Soaked in sunshine, the berries are picked at their peak, presenting intensely concentrated aromas and perfectly balanced sugars, guaranteeing fruity, elegant wines. A unique terroir signature: The pebbly soils of the Alpilles give our wines a pronounced minerality and genuine aromatic complexity. Harvesting our berries is a rigorous process, where every detail counts to preserve the integrity of the fruit. Harvesting begins before dawn, when temperatures are still cool, to preserve the grapes' delicate aromas. Once near the winery, the grapes are carefully sorted to keep only the best elements, eliminating stalks and other undesirable parts. The bunches are quickly cooled to preserve their freshness before pressing.
