Benefiting from a mild spring and a sunny summer, the vineyards of the Domaine have thrived in perfect climatic conditions, promising wines of exceptional quality. The 2024 vintage, certified Organic Farming, stands out for its perfect fruit maturation. Soaked in sunshine, the berries are picked at their peak, showcasing intensely concentrated aromas and perfectly balanced sugars, ensuring fruity and elegant wines. A unique terroir signature: The rolled pebble soils of the Alpilles give the wines a marked minerality and true aromatic complexity. A know-how that combines Tradition and Innovation: Every step of the winemaking process is mastered with precision, from the meticulous selection of grapes to their transformation into wine, guaranteeing impeccable quality.
A careful and precise harvesting process
The harvest of our berries is the result of a rigorous process, where every detail matters to preserve the integrity of the fruit. The harvest begins before dawn, when temperatures are still cool, to preserve the delicate aromas of the grapes. Once transported near the winery, the grapes are carefully sorted to keep only the best elements, eliminating stems and other undesirable parts. The clusters are quickly cooled to maintain their freshness before the pressing phase.
