Today, Clément offers refined, creative cuisine, and for this exceptional evening will be concocting a menu with food and wine pairings from Domaine du Vallon des Glauges. The musician: Born in Buenos Aires, Tiego Trosman is a renowned Argentine guitarist who has performed at tango and world music festivals all over Europe. Diego will host the cocktail party for this magical evening, taking you on a journey with his repertoire of tango, Argentine folklore and jazz.
