The ticket includes:
– An original discovery of the Domaine and our wines.
– A musical cocktail with appetizers and welcome drinks. Argentine guitarist Diego Trosman will entertain the cocktail with his repertoire of tango and jazz.
– A three-course dinner (starter, main course, dessert) under the stars orchestrated by Chef Clément Géhin, who will offer a creative and refined menu paired with wines from the Domaine.

The dinner will be held on the rooftop of the Domaine with our magnificent view of the valley.

The Chef:
Clément Gehin hails from Aubagne and has developed a true passion for Southern cuisine. His experiences have led him to work alongside renowned Michelin-starred chefs such as Georges Blanc and Nans Gaillard.

Clément now offers refined and creative cuisine and will prepare a menu for this exceptional evening that pairs dishes with wines from the Domaine du Vallon des Glauges.

The Musician:
Born in Buenos Aires, Tiego Trosman is a recognized Argentine guitarist who has performed at tango and world music festivals across Europe.

Diego will entertain the cocktail of this magical evening and take you on a journey with his repertoire blending tango, Argentine folklore, and jazz.

The concert-cocktail is a standing format with high tables.
The dinner is a seated format around a large communal table for a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Bring a sweater or jacket as it can get chilly outside even in the middle of summer during the evening.

The ticket is valid for one person for the evening: Unusual Dinner at the Vallon des Glauges.

Entry valid on Friday 30 June 2023. Evening starts at 7 PM.
