On Friday, June 30, 2023, come and experience a magical summer evening in the Vallon des Glauges, and dine by candlelight with an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside.
In a breathtaking setting, the Domaine and Midimare invite you to share a privileged experience of wine, music and gastronomy.

Ticket includes:
- An original discovery of the Domaine and our wines.
- A musical cocktail with appetizers and welcome drinks. Argentine guitarist Diego Trosman will lead the cocktail with his tango and jazz repertoire.
- A 3-course dinner (starter, main course, dessert) under the stars, orchestrated by Chef Clément Géhin, who will propose a creative and refined menu with Domaine food and wine pairings.

The Chef:
Clément Gehin hails from Aubagne and has developed a real passion for Southern cuisine. His experiences have led him to work alongside starred chefs such as Georges Blanc and Nans Gaillard.

Today, Clément offers refined, creative cuisine, and for this exceptional evening he'll be concocting a menu with food and wine pairings from Domaine du Vallon des Glauges.

Born in Buenos Aires, Tiego Trosman is an acclaimed Argentine guitarist who has toured the tango and world music festival stages throughout Europe.
